Credit Application Form
The Credit Application Form is to be completed by all of our customers. This will enable Lease Express to source finance for your intended vehicle. Please complete this form, paying particular attention to the fields highlighted with an asteric (*). We cannot proceed to obtain finance on your behalf without this information.
Vehicle Request Form
The Vehicle Request Form allows us to source the vehicle of your choice. Simply decide on the vehicle you would like to lease (Make and Model) and any optional extras you would like included and we will source the vehicle at a competitive price.
Vehicle Request Form Authority to Order Form
For your convenience, we have also supplied an Authority to Order Form which allows Lease Express to order the vehicle on your behalf. Please complete this form, sign and fax it back to Lease Express.
